Been working on this one for a while (all those Top Secret Daily Pano’s was getting a lot of this together)... A 28 Page Photo Zine featuring digital and film shots from the recording of Girl Band's new album on Rough Trade Records - 'The Talkies'... It also incorporates the artwork Palefroi made for the singles and album, lyrics from the record and a rundown of the gear that was used during the process in its design... There is 200 of these Limited Edition Hand Signed and Numbered A4 Zines... Printed on Silk Paper Stock (300gsm Covers - 130gsm Inside Pages) and available on the European Leg of the lads tour - which starts tonight in Manchester... Was kinda weird that they got delivered on the same day we started the record last year...

Closing the album circle today shooting snaps and vids at the launch of ‘The Livelong Day’, Lankum’s masterpiece third record I had the privilege of working on with Spud in The Meadow… Always lovely to be back in Vicar Street with Leagues… Also lovely to meet Tom Travis from Rough Trade Records… The gig was amazing… Guest musicians Alex, John, Rachel and Adrian also helped recreate the album versions of the new stuff and it sounded immense…
